2021 Personal Property Assessments

Forms & Assessment Dates:

If you have farm or business personal property in Dewey County, or a mobile home located on land you don't own, we need to hear from you by March 15 to avoid penalty.

Our office has mailed forms listing property previously rendered in Dewey County. If everything on the form is correct, just sign and return to our office at PO Box 235, Taloga OK 73667. If you need to make additions or deletions, you may do so on the same form, and sign and return to our office.

You may visit us in person at any of these on-site locations this month to return these forms, make changes to personal property accounts or render a new personal property account:

Jan 11     Vici City Hall 9:00 am - 2:00 pm

Jan 12     Camargo Bryant's Stop N Shop 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Jan 13     Oakwood Comm Bldg 9:00 am - 11:00 am

Jan 19     Seiling Sr Citizens Ctr 9:00 am - 2:00 pm

Jan 20     Putnam sr Citizens Ctr 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Jan 21     Leedey Bank of The West 9:00 am - 2:00 pm (REVISED DATE)
